Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via secure third-party gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
- Kansakruti reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India using reliable courier services with free shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 to 7 business working days depending on your PIN code.
- Delivery timelines may vary by region. Any delay due to courier or logistical issues is beyond our control. Our courier partners do not count Sundays or National Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 14 days to your original payment method.
- A clear, unbroken unboxing video is mandatory for processing any damage-related claim.
