Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days depending on your delivery PIN code.

Exchange & Refund Timelines

It's important to note that in such cases of minor variations, we won't be able to accept returns. These are a hallmark of authentic handcrafted artistry.

All items in our inventory, including those featured in any sale or clearance category with minor imperfections, are considered non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted for products exhibiting significant damage, such as breakage or major defects.

Due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafted products, weight and size variations are normal and expected. Each item is individually crafted, resulting in minor differences. This variation is a natural characteristic of handmade products, adding to their unique charm and authenticity. We do not consider these differences as defects, and they are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
Fraudulent Claims & Legal Notice

If Kansakruti has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading, or not genuine, then Kansakruti may , while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer , also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user ID of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
